Building the Future of Meeker County
Residents of Meeker County have relied on the personal approach to
quality health care provided by Meeker County Memorial Hospital (MCMH) since
its foundation in 1952. Over fifty years later, this vibrant county and its
hospital are still growing.
In order to offer a level of quality never before seen in the area, a Master
Facility Plan is in place to move MCMH through three phases of enhancement.
Phase One, already in progress, involves significant building and parking
expansion, including 75,000 square feet of new space. Area residents will see a
more open and inviting lobby and private admitting area, a
"weather-friendly" front entrance, private patient rooms. And the new
and expanded radiology, surgical and emergency services will provide patients
with state-of-the-art health care replete with all of the latest advancements
in medical technology. This new design layout will enhance patient flow and
privacy allowing MCMH to provide patients with a much more convenient health
care experience. The existing facility space will be enhanced during Phase Two
and Three.
As the hospital and the area it serves look to the future, these phases of
expansion will enable us to continue reaching out with the kind of care
residents have come to expect from MCMH.
